St Austell Christmas Switch On

Late Night shopping begins on 28th November with the Christmas lights being switched on at 7:00 pm with Bob McReadie of Pirate FM, with a Carol Service, Christmas Parade and Snow Machine.

Then every Tuesday until 19th December.

With it's bustling market stalls, fantastic street entertainers, Santa's Grotto, hot and cold refreshments, roasted chestnuts and a fantastic selection of shops, all open until 9pm.

There is everything to ensure all the family enjoy the traditional atmosphere that is St Austell town.

A new edition to the 2006 experience is the Rodeo Reindeer. This will be located in Aylmer Square - so come on, young and old, give it a go!!!

FREE parking from 4pm with Park and Ride available from Polkyth to Duke Street until 9pm on each Tuesday night
